1 Tbsp honey
150 milliliters dry white wine

1 Tbsp green peppercorns (pickled)

Preparation steps

Rinse the salmon and pat dry. Thinly slice one lemon for garnish, and squeeze the juice from the other. Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan, and sauté the salmon on both sides. Add the honey, lemon juice, and the white wine. Mix in the rosemary, capers, and peppercorns. Cook another 4-5 minutes, turning the salmon once. Remove from the heat, and season the sauce to taste with salt.

Place the salmon on plates, garnish with the lemon slices, and serve.
