Preparation steps

1.

Cut Emmentaler into sticks. Rinse and slice zucchini. Cut bacon into small cubes. Rinse and spin spinach dry.

2.

Mix all ingredients together and garnish with mint leaves. To make dressing: Whisk vinegar with salt and pepper to taste. Whisk in oil. Toss dressing with salad and serve on plates.
