8 ripe Figs
1 Red onion
250 grams prepared Gnocchi
butter

6 slices Prosciutto (torn into smaller pieces)

balsamic vinegar (di Modena)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the lettuce and spin dry. Rinse the figs and cut into wedges. Peel and dice the onion. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large pan and sauté the gnocchi until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat.

Whisk 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil with about 3-4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. 

Arrange the lettuce leaves on a plate and cover each with the gnocchi, fig wedges, torn prosciutto and diced red onion. Drizzle with the vinaigrette and sprinkle with plenty of grated parmesan.
