- 2 balls Mozzarella
- 150 grams Lettuce (to taste, such as Oakleaf, arugula, frisee lettuce, spinach)
- 100 grams Prosciutto (sliced)
- 8 Figs
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Chervil (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse, trim, and tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Arrange the lettuce on plates.
2.
Cut the figs into sixths, then place on top of the lettuce.
3.
Slice the mozzarella, then place on top of the salad with the prosciutto.
4.
Mix the oil, lemon juice, and honey. Mix well, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Drizzle over the salad, garnish with the chervil, and serve.
