Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the lettuce, then pat dry. Cut the feta cheese into cubes. Rinse and quarter the tomatoes. Remove the seeds and finely dice. 

2.

Mix the vinegar with the mustard and the olive oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and sugar. 

3.

Arrange the lettuce in bowls and sprinkle with the cheese, tomatoes, and walnuts. Drizzle the salad with the dressing and serve.
