- 4 Tomatoes
- 8 Lettuce
- 250 grams Feta
- 150 grams black Olives
- ½ Cucumber
- 125 grams Smoked ham
- 4 sundried Tomatoes
- ½ bunch fresh Basil
- 1 Tbsp coarsely chopped parsley
- salt
- peppers
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 8 Grissini (with sesame seeds)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the lettuce and distribute onto 4 plates. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into slices. Cut feta cheese into cubes. Peel the cucumber cut into slices. Cut the ham and fresh basil into strips. Cut the sundried tomatoes into bite size pieces.

Toss the cucumber, tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, olives, feta and ham together gently. Divide onto the lettuce leaves. Whisk together the lemon juice and olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the salads and garnish each with parsley and 2 breadsticks.
