- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350ºF).

Peel and rinse the potatoes and mix with the oil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and spread on a baking sheet.
Roast in the oven for about 40 minutes until golden brown. Turn halfway through.
Serve hot.
