3 Tbsps olive oil
coarse Sea salt
1 Tbsp freshly chopped thyme
1 Tbsp dried Basil
1 tsp Caraway

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Rinse the potatoes, and cut in half lengthwise. Brush a baking sheet with some of the oil. Place the potatoes on the baking sheet, cut side up. Drizzle the potatoes with the remaining oil, and sprinkle with salt. Top 1/3 of the potatoes with the basil, 1/3 with the thyme, and 1/3 with the caraway seed. Roast in the oven for 35 minutes, or until soft.

Remove from the oven and serve hot. These go well with a quark dip and a salad.
