- 4 Chicken legs
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp ginger (freshly grated)
- 2 Tbsps f soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp marjoram
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps

Remove skin from chicken legs. Rinse and pat dry.

Combine curry powder, lemon juice, honey, ginger, soy sauce and marjoram. Brush mixture onto chicken legs. Wrap with foil and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 390°F) for about 25-30 minutes. Open foil, season with salt and pepper, and briefly broil legs.

Serve with lemon wedges, as desired.
4.
Serve, as desired, with radish salad and steamed leeks.
