- 2 Tbsps honey
- 2 tsps Mustard
- 4 Chicken drumstick
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- ½ cup Yogurt
- 1 red chili pepper (deseeded and finely chopped)
- 1 scallion (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp lemon juice

2 Pots, 1 Bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Carving fork, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Kitchen twine, 1 Lid, 2 Kitchen towels
Preparation steps

Mix together the oil, honey and mustard in a large bowl. Add the chicken drumsticks, coat with the marinade and set aside for at least 1 hour.

Heat the oven to 200ºC (180ºC fan) 400ºF, gas 6. Place the drumstick in the roasting tin and roast for 25 - 30 minutes, basting from time to time, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
3.
Meanwhile, mix together the yoghurt, chilli, spring onion and lemon juice to make a dip.
