2 Tbsps hulled Sesame seeds (about 20 grams)
½ Orange
3 Tbsps Canola oil

1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Pot (with lid), 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Citrus juicer

Preparation steps

Halve bell peppers, remove seeds, rinse and cut into small dice.

Boil 200 ml (approximately 3/4 cup) of water in a pot. Add diced peppers, rice and sesame seeds and return to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat until tender, about 20 minutes.

Squeeze out the orange juice. Stir juice and canola oil into the rice mixture.
