- 3 Apple (sweet)
- 4 Tbsps Arborio rice
- 100 milliliters Apple juice (unsweetened)
- 100 milliliters water
Preparation steps

In a pot, combine apple juice, water and rice. Bring gradually to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, rinse, peel and coarsely grate apples. Five minutes before the end of the cooking time, stir in apples and cook until softened. Served porridge hot or cold.
