1 Measuring cups, 1 Small pot, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Small knife, 1 Cutting board, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Immersion blender

Preparation steps

Stir rice flakes with 150 ml (approximately 1/2 cup) of water in a small pot and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat.

Halve and pit the avocado. Scoop out the flesh and finely chop 60 grams (approximately 1/4 cup). (Sprinkle remainder with a little lemon juice and save for another purpose.)
