8 Tbsps vegetable oil
250 grams Crème fraiche
4 slices Smoked salmon
100 grams Salmon caviar

Preparation steps

1.

Cook rice according to package directions and let cool to lukewarm. Beat eggs and stir into rice with flour. Season rice mixture with salt to taste.

Heat oil in a large skillet. Fry rice in portions into 12 blinis until browned and crispy on both sides. Cut smoked salmon into strips.

3.

Dollop 1 teaspoon cream fraîche onto each blini. Top each blini with smoked salmon strips and 1 teaspoon salmon caviar. Garnish blini with dill sprigs to serve.
