- 2 ozs Dark chocolate (vegan; at least 70% cocoa content)
- 12 ozs Soy milk
- 3 Tbsps Beet juice
- 2 tsps cocoa powder
- 3 Tbsps Oat Milk

Preparation steps

Halve the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the pulp with a knife. Finely chop the chocolate.

Put the almond drink and beet juice with vanilla pulp in a pot and warm it up over medium heat. Stir in chocolate and cocoa with a whisk. Remove the cocoa from the stove when the chocolate has melted.
3.
Warm the oat drink in a milk jug and foam it up. Pour Red Velvet Hot Chocolate into glasses and serve with the vegan milk foam.
