7 ozs Whipped cream
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp ground Cardamom
1 pinch Red pepper flakes
1 pinch Organic orange peel
To Serve
10 8 ounce glasses milk (or milk substitute of choice)

Preparation steps

1.

Coarsely chop the couverture, put it in a bowl and melt it over a water bath.

2.

Meanwhile, heat cream in a saucepan and add spices. Carefully stir the spiced cream into the melted couverture.

3.

Divide the mixture between 10 ramekins. As soon as the chocolate begins to set, insert a popsicle stick into each one.

4.

Allow drinking chocolate to set on a stick for 2-3 hours.

5.

Optional - To Serve: Warm enough milk for an 8-ounce glass for each serving. Add chocolate stick and allow to melt. Mix with the stick and enjoy
