½ lemon (juice)

Preparation steps

Peel, rinse and grate beets and celery root. Rinse, quarter and core apples, then grate.

To make dressing: Mix lemon juice with salt and pepper to taste. Whisk in both oils and toss dressing with the prepared ingredients. Coarsely chop nuts. Divide salad among small bowls and top each serving with a tablespoon of sour cream. Serve sprinkled with chopped chives and walnuts.
