100 grams spicy Daikon radish
1 small Apple
½ bunch Chives
2 Tbsps olive oil
3 Tbsps lemon juice
1 tsp Mustard
½ tsp sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Grate pumpkin pulp and peeled carrots finely.

2.

Peel radish and grate coarsely.

3.

Rinse and quarter apple, core and cut into fine pieces.

4.

Mix all ingredients and add finely chopped chives.Whisk lemon juice with mustard and oil, season with sugar, salt and pepper and toss salad wtih the dressing.

5.

Sprinkle with herbs and serve.
