Apple and Celery Salad with Carrots
- For the dressing
- 4 tablespoons Natural yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Walnut oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Brandy vinegar
- 1 generous pinch spicy Mustard
- freshly ground, white peppers
For the dressing, mix the yogurt with the oil, lemon juice, brandy vinegar, and mustard. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Peel the celery and carrot, then coarsely grate using a box grater.
Peel and quarter the apples. Remove the core and coarsely grate. Add the apples, carrots, celery, and walnuts to the dressing. Toss to combine, place in bowls, and serve.
