For the Salad
4 ozs Mizuna (lettuce)
4 ozs bibb Lettuce (torn)
16 U10 shrimp (poached in garlic and butter, with shell on)
6 ozs pickled Red onions
For the Dressing
2 Tbsps fresh Horseradish
½ cup grapeseed oil
¼ cup Champagne vinegar
1 oz Dijon mustard
cup fresh lemon juice
kosher salt (to taste)
freshly ground peppers (to taste)

Preparation steps

1.
Add the lettuces, shrimp and onions to a large mixing bowl. Toss gently to combine.
