- 4 cups Tuna steak (cut into 2 inch cubes)
- ⅜ cup olive oil
- 1 red pepper (cut into 2 inch squares)
- 1 green pepper (cut into 2 inch squares)
- 1 yellow pepper (cut into 2 inch squares)
- 1 onion (cut into small wedges)
- 1 Tbsp thyme (finely chopped)
- salt

- mint (to garnish)
- wooden Skewer (soaked in water or 30 minutes)

Preparation steps
1.
Pre-heat the grill to hot.
2.
Thread the vegetables and cubes of tuna onto the skewers to create brochettes, distributing the tuna and vegetables evenly.
3.
Brush with the olive oil and sprinkle the thyme on top.
4.
Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the vegetables are lightly charred at their edges and the tuna is golden.
5.
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with a mint sprig before serving.
