4 Tbsps Salmon caviar

Preparation steps

Rinse the potatoes and bake about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the creme fraiche with horseradish and season with salt.

Peel the potatoes quickly and place into a dish or side by side on a plate. Scoop out a small amout with a melon baller and fill with the creme fraiche mixture. Spoon the caviar evenly on top. Serve immediately.
