500 grams new Potato
2 Tbsps butter
1 cup Sour cream
150 grams Keta Caviar
1 sprig Dill

Preparation steps

1.

Scrub potatoes and add enough water to just cover them. Cook for 20 minutes and drain, cool. Whisk creme fraiche with salt.

2.

Top each potato with butter, creme fraiche and caviar, season with salt. Rinse and dry dill, pluck off leaves and stick into creme fraiche. Serve.
