Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the potatoes, peel and cut into slices.

Peel the onions and cut into rings.

Layer the onions and potatoes in a baking dish. Pour in the broth. Drizzle with the olive oil and season heavily with salt and pepper. Bake for about 1 hour at 180°C (approximately 350°F). If necessary, cover with aluminum foil.
