1 kilogram small potatoes
Sea salt
2 scallions
150 milliliters dry white wine
150 grams Smoked bacon (sliced)
1 Tbsp Caper
1 tsp Caraway
75 grams grated Cheese (such as Gouda)

Preparation steps

Rinse the potatoes and cook in salt water for about 20 minutes, until tender.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Rinse the scallions and cut into rings. Sprinkle the scallions in a baking dish and pour in the wine. Drain the potatoes. Wrap each potato with 1-2 slices of bacon. Place the potatoes in the baking dish. Spread the capers, cheese and caraway seeds on top. Season with pepper and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Serve seasoned with salt and pepper.
