600 grams potatoes
1 onion
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
600 grams Broccoli
Nutmeg
salt

100 grams dried Tomato in oil
300 grams cooked Smoked pork chop
250 grams cream cheese
5 eggs
100 milliliters milk

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the potatoes, rinse and cook in boiling salted water about 25 minutes. Drain and let cool.

Peel onion and chop finely. Sweat until translucent in hot oil. Add broccoli and sauté briefly. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Cut potatoes in slices about 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) thick. Drain tomatoes and cut into narrow strips. Cut smoked pork in wide, short pins about 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch).

Mix cream cheese with eggs and milk, then season with salt and pepper. Mix the other  ingredients, place in a greased baking dish and pour in the cheese sauce. Bake in a preheated oven (200°C, approximately 400°F) for about 35 minutes. Serve.
