2 Tbsps Pastry flour
1 egg
1 tsp cornstarch

Preparation steps

1.

Peel onions and grate coarsely. Peel potatoes and grate coarsely. Combine both with flour and egg and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Spread potato and onion mixture onto a greased sheet into about 1 cm (approximately 0.5 inch) thick layer and cut out circles with a cookie cutter.

3.

Heat oil in a pan and cook patties until galden brown on all sides. Drain on paper towels and serve.
