1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Can opener, 1 Food processor

Preparation steps

1.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and gently fry the onion until soft.
2.
Mix the onion with the grated courgettes and the flour, season with salt and pepper and shape into small patties.
3.
Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and fry the patties for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
4.
Drain on kitchen paper and serve immediately, garnished with mint.
