- 12 Velvet roll-rim mushrooms
- 2 Tbsps Pastry flour
- 2 eggs
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
- 80 grams breadcrumbs
- vegetable oil (for frying)
Preparation steps

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Blot dry and sprinkle with the flour. Whisk the eggs in a bowl or a deep dish with salt and pepper. Dip the mushrooms in the egg mixture and then into the breadcrumbs. In a skillet with hot oil, fry the mushrooms until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes, at around 170°C (approximately 350°F).

Drain on a paper towel, serve and enjoy.
