- 500 grams Pork loin
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps Pastry flour
- butter
- salt
- black peppers
- parsley
- 1 jar dry white wine

Preparation steps
1.
Peel garlic cloves, cut into thin slices and fry in a pan with butter. Fry pork in butter on both sides. Meanwhile, chop parsley, add to the pan, sprinkle with flour, deglaze with white wine and season well with salt and pepper. Reduce liquid by half.
2.
To serve, slice pork, arrange over four plates and cover with garlic butter.
