- 500 grams Pork tenderloin
- 100 grams chopped onions
- 2 chopped chili peppers
- 1 minced garlic clove
- ½ tsp ground Cumin
- 1 Tbsp chopped thyme
- 2 tsps sugar
- 1 Orange (juiced)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 40 blanched scallions (cut into 4 cm long pieces) (approximately 1 1/4 inches)
- 2 Red Bell pepper (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 bunch cilantro

Preparation steps
1.
Cut the meat into bite-sized cubes, mix with the chopped onion, chopped chiles, garlic, cumin, thyme and sugar and season with salt and pepper. Set aside to marinate for around 8 hours.
2.
Skewer the meat onto wooden skewers with the scallions and peppers. Sprinkle with cilantro and grill until golden brown on all sides.
