- 200 grams ground pork
- 1 Tbsp chopped Coriander
- 1 Lime
- 30 grams shrimp
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 pc ginger
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 6 Wooden skewers
- 40 grams unsalted roasted Peanuts
- 1 soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat)

Preparation steps

Mix salt, cilantro and 1 tablespoon grated lime peel. Rinse shrimp, pat dry, chop coarsely. Put in a bowl and drizzle with 2 tablespoons lime juice. Peel ginger and garlic and chop finely, add. Divide ground pork into 6 servings, pressing each flat with your hand.

Add approximately 1 teaspoon shrimp mixture in the middle of each pork serving and form into a 5 cm (2 inch) long roll, stuck on the wooden skewers. Heat oil in a pan, cook skewers 6 minutes until brown on all sides. For the sauce chop the peanuts finely, mix with soy sauce and yogurt, season with salt, a pinch of sugar and cayenne pepper, serve with the skewers.
