1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp Chinese 5 spice powder
2 shallots (very finely chopped)
2 cloves garlic cloves (very finely chopped)
½ cup Peanuts (very finely chopped)

Preparation steps

1.
Slice the pork into strips about 1 cm/ 1/4 in thick.
2.
Mix together the remaining ingredients and add the pork. Mix well and set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
3.
Thread the pork strips onto wooden skewers and cook on a preheated griddle pan for 2 -3 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
