350 grams pork escalope (bite-sized pieces)
350 grams Leg of lamb (bite-sized pieces)
Wooden skewer
vegetable oil
rosemary (for garnish)
For the marinade
200 milliliters olive oil
8 Tbsps lemon juice
4 garlic cloves (pressed)
1 tsp ground cilantro
1 tsp ground Cumin
1 tsp ground paprika (spicy)
1 tsp rosemary (minced)

Preparation steps

For the marinade: Combine all marinade ingredients. Add pork and lamb and let sit for at least 2 hours. Place meats on skewers. Heat oil in a pan and cook skewers on all sides, about 5-6 minutes.

Remove from heat and serve skewers with rosemary.
