- 350 grams pork escalope (bite-sized pieces)
- 350 grams Leg of lamb (bite-sized pieces)
- Wooden skewer
- vegetable oil
- rosemary (for garnish)
- For the marinade
- 200 milliliters olive oil
- 8 Tbsps lemon juice
- 4 garlic cloves (pressed)
- 1 tsp ground cilantro
- 1 tsp ground Cumin
- 1 tsp ground paprika (spicy)
- 1 tsp rosemary (minced)
Preparation steps

For the marinade: Combine all marinade ingredients. Add pork and lamb and let sit for at least 2 hours. Place meats on skewers. Heat oil in a pan and cook skewers on all sides, about 5-6 minutes.

Remove from heat and serve skewers with rosemary.
