- 2 Mini pineapples
- 4 Tbsps white Rum
- 8 scoops Sorbet (finished product)
- ⅛ l Whipped cream
- 1 Tbsp sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Slice the pineapple lengthwise, cut out the flesh and chop into small cubes. Combine the pineapple with the rum in a bowl, cover and leave to soak for ½ hour. Spoon the pineapple back into the pineapple.
2.
Whip the cream with the sugar until stiff and spoon into a piping bag.
Serve the pineapple decorated with two scoops of sorbet and swirls of whipped cream.
