- 2 kilograms gherkins
- 250 milliliters Wine vinegar
- 30 grams salt
- 1 tsp peppercorns
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 Tbsp Mustard seed
- 4 Tbsps sugar
Preparation steps

Peel and trim the cucumbers, then halve lengthwise. Divide the cucumbers into the jars. Bring the vinegar, 200 ml (approximately 7 ounces) of water, salt, spices, and sugar to a boil. Pour the hot liquid over the cucumbers. Seal tightly and let cool.

Let rest for 4-6 weeks before using.
