1 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Score the peaches crosswise then blanch in boiling water. Remove the peaches from the water and peel. Halve the peaches, remove the stones, and coarsely chop. 

2.

Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan. Puree the peaches with the mustard and lemon juice. Mix in the sesame seeds and season to taste with salt. Garnish with the dill.
