2 Tbsps small Caper
4 Tbsps Lime juice
2 tsps grainy Dijon mustard
3 Tbsps Dill (chopped)
100 grams Smoked salmon (sliced)

4 caperberry

Preparation steps

Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain well in a colander. Rinse scallions and cut diagonally into thin rings. Set aside 2 tablespoons of scallions aside. Heat olive oil in a large, nonstick pan and saute scallions for a few minutes on low heat. Add capers, lime juice, mustard and chopped dill, mix well.

Cut salmon into thin strips. Add pasta to the pan and toss well, season heavily with salt and pepper. Arrange pasta on plates and top with salmon. Sprinkle with capers, scallions and dill and serve.
