Healthy, because

Even smarter

In terms of omega-3 fatty acids, smoked salmon is a superstar. These ensure healthy blood vessels in our body and protect against high cholesterol levels. In addition, the fatty acids push our brain, so that we have an improved ability to concentrate.

The pasta with salmon sauce is delicious and filling and will last us for a long time, but it is a bit stale with vegetables. Therefore serve a fresh salad with the pasta. Here we go to a beetroot and carrot salad with plenty of vitamins and minerals.
