- 350 grams Spiral pasta (egg noodles)
- 1 bunch carrots
- 200 grams Broccoli
- 1 bunch scallions
- 150 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Lettuce
- 3 Tbsps White vinegar
- 6 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Mustard
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps

Prepare pasta according to package directions, drain, rinse with cold water and drain well. Mix together with 1 tablespoon oil.

Rinse, peel and slice carrots. Rinse broccoli and divide into florets. Blanch carrots in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Blanch broccoli in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Rinse with cold water and drain well. Rinse tomatoes and cut into quarters. Rinse scallions, trim ends and cut into small rings. Mix vegetables with pasta. Divide lettuce into leaves, rinse and spin dry. Line a large bowl with lettuce leaves. Whisk vinegar, oil, mustard, salt and pepper together to create marinade. Drizzle over salad and mix well. Serve pasta salad on lettuce leaves.
