Open Faced Beef Sandwiches with Horseradish Cream
Stir the horseradish into the sour cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Slice the baguettes in half and spread a bit of the sour cream onto each slice. Top each baguette half with a lettuce leaf and the thinly sliced beef.
Spread the remaining sour cream on top of the beef, sprinkle with cress and serve.
