Preparation steps
1.
Peel the oranges and cut out the fillets. Collect the juice and squeeze out the remaining pulp. Mix the juice with the yogurt and honey and spoon into bowls.
2.
Shower the oatmeal over the yogurt and top with the orange segments and currants. Serve with mint garnish.
