- 50 grams dried Date
- 100 grams purple Grape
- 1 Apple
- 6 tablespoons coarse and fine Oats
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds, oil, honey and chopped Hazelnuts
- 500 milliliters milk
- Lemon balm

Preparation steps
1.
Chop the apricots and dates. Rinse and halve the grapes. Rinse the apple, quarter, core and thinly slice.
2.
Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet. Add the oats, sunflower seeds and hazelnuts, and cook until golden and fragrant. Stir in the honey and allow to cook until caramelized.
3.
Divide the oat mixture and milk between bowls. Stir the apricots, dates, grapes and apple into the oat mixture. Serve garnished with the lemon balm leaves.
