50 grams Palm sugar
50 grams Walnut
50 grams Ghee (or clarified butter)
200 grams Chickpea flour
150 grams Shredded coconut
¼ tsp ground Cardamom
¼ tsp Ground cinnamon

Preparation steps

1.

Finely grate palm sugar. Chop walnuts. Heat ghee in a pan. Add chickpea flour and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Add palm sugar and cook for another 15 minutes, stirring until flour is a brownish color and has a slightly nutty aroma.

Combine 1 tablespoon water, 3 tablespoons grated coconut, chopped walnuts, cinnamon and cardamom in a saucepan. Cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring until thickened. With wet hands, form walnut-sized balls of dough and roll in the coconut mixture. Let set and serve.
