4 chili peppers
1 untreated Lime (zested)
3 eggs
breadcrumbs
vegetable oil (for frying)
120 grams Shredded coconut

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse fish and pat dry. Puree half of fish and finely chop other half. Wash chile peppers, halve, remove the seeds and finely chop. Mix together fish, peppers and breadcrumbs until mixture is easy to mold. Season with salt and pepper.

2.

Form fish mixture into balls and fry portions in a pan with plenty of hot oil until golden brown, 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat, roll in coconut flakes and serve with tomato salsa to taste.
