Preparation steps
1.
Place approx. 300 g of the white chocolate in a bowl with the honey.
2.
Pour the coconut liqueur and a little hot coconut milk into the centre of the bowl and stir with a spatula. Add the rest of the hot coconut milk little by little and mix everything to a smooth consistency.
3.
Briefly blitz the filling with a hand held mixer until smooth and creamy, pour into a piston funnel and use to fill the praline shells.
4.
Mix together the coconut and candied orange peel.
5.
Melt the remaining chocolate over simmering water and let cool. Spoon a little into a small piping bag and use to stick the pralines together. Allow the pralines to set.
6.
Stir the frosting (reheating if necessary) and use to coat the pralines. This is achieved most easily using a praline fork to dip the pralines into the frosting. Immediately roll the pralines in the coconut/orange mix and leave to set.
