Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 150°C (approximately 300°F). Beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until stiff. Trickle in the sugar slowly and beat until the mixture shines and forms soft peaks.

Mix in the coconut and almonds. With a small spoon scoop small heaps of dough, set on a baking sheet brushed with oil, sprinkle with the grated coconut and bake in oven for 15 minutes.
