Preparation steps

1.

Bring the grape juice to a boil. Sprinkle in the semolina while stirring. Return to a boil and let cool.

2.

Chop the dates and add to the semolina mixture with the hazelnuts, cocoa powder and vanilla sugar. Puree mixture in blender. Pour the cream into a sealed container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
