1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Pear
3 Tbsps Vegetable broth
2 Tbsps Pine nuts
1 stalk Sage
1 Tbsp Almond butter

Preparation steps

1.

Clean, peel, wash and cut the celery into small cubes. Heat olive oil in a pan. Fry the celery cubes for 3 minutes at medium heat.

Pear wash, halve, core and cut into small cubes. Add to the celery with the stock and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, roast pine nuts in a hot pan without fat for 3 minutes at medium heat. Wash sage, shake dry and pluck leaves.

4.

Put the celery, pear and stock in a bowl. Add almond paste and sage leaves and puree everything finely with a hand blender. Season to taste with salt and pepper, pour into a glass and decorate with pine nuts. The spread will keep in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.
