2 kilograms fresh mussels
1 organic lemon (Juice and zest)
150 milliliters white wine
150 milliliters fish stock
1 chili pepper (chopped)
6 Tbsps sweet Chili sauce

Preparation steps

1.

Thoroughly rinse and debeard mussels. Discard any that have opened.

2.

In a pan, bring white wine, chile pepper, lemon juice and zest, fish stock and chili sauce to a boil. Add mussels, cover and simmer until mussels have opened, 6-8 minutes. Serve mussels with sauce.

3.

Serve with white bread if desired.
